Meet Chaney Padaca
Originally from Dallas, Texas, I made the North Shore of Oahu my home in 1993. Over the decades, I’ve developed a deep connection to the island and an intimate understanding of its communities, properties, and distinctive way of life.
My appreciation for real estate began at an early age. Growing up, my mother would take me to open houses throughout Dallas, inspiring a lifelong passion for exceptional homes, architecture, interior design, and the possibilities within each property.
Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2009, I’ve built my business around a highly personal approach to real estate—one centered on trust, discretion, local expertise, and lasting client relationships. Many of my clients return to me year after year and entrust me with their homes, investments, and referrals to family and friends. That trust is something I value deeply.
Today, my work encompasses residential sales, luxury and beachfront properties, investment acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and comprehensive property management throughout Oahu. I have particular expertise in managing distinctive island residences and helping owners position their properties for both income and long-term value.

Janna Nellen

Janna Nellen grew up on Oahu’s North Shore and has been practicing Real Estate since 2006. Her Local knowledge statewide is an asset to any Buyer or Seller in need of Real Estate Services. Janna has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.
After attending Kahuku HS, Janna went on to UC Santa Barbara, Where she played Water Polo , was on the Swim Team and graduated with a degree in Global Studies. Her degree led her to Japan where she was part of the Japanese Exchange Teaching Program (JET). In 2005 she moved home to Oahu and began a brief teaching career before pursuing Real Estate full time. The rest is history, Janna has been passionate about educating her real estate clients ever since, exceeding their expectations, going the extra mile for them and thinking outside of the box when things get stuck.
Giving back to the community has also been important to Janna. For the past 5 years she has made time to be the head swim coach at Kahuku HS. “Giving back to my community and to a program that gives so much to our youth is important to me”.
In her free time, Janna is an avid Surfer and lover of all ocean activities. “The North Shore is my perfect playground, and I am so very fortunate to live and work in this community”.

Hawaii Seaside Realty manages long term and short term properties. Anything over 180 days is considered long term and anything under 180 is considered short term. We work hard to find the perfect tenants for your house and make sure they are qualified and will care for your property.

Selling your property takes a lot of work, and we are here to help. Having your house staged and ready for pictures is very important.
We would love to see your property and can create a Competitive Market Analysis for you. This will show you all the properties that have sold in your area and compare them to yours to give you an idea of what your property value is.
