I am originally from Dallas, Texas. I moved to the North Shore of Oahu in 1993.
My love for real estate and design started as a young child. My mother would take me to see all the open houses in Dallas. Seeing all the different styles and neighborhoods was exciting.
I became a licensed realtor in 2009. From there, I have grown my business and built great relationships. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and sharing my knowledge. This is important to me so that my clients feel confident throughout the whole process. One of the best things about my job is when a client says to me, “Thank you so much for everything you do,” and then they refer someone to me.
Living on the island of Oahu for this long has given me excellent insight into the various neighborhoods around the island.

Janna Nellen grew up on Oahu’s North Shore and has been practicing Real Estate since 2006. Her Local knowledge statewide is an asset to any Buyer or Seller in need of Real Estate Services. Janna has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.
After attending Kahuku HS, Janna went on to UC Santa Barbara, Where she played Water Polo , was on the Swim Team and graduated with a degree in Global Studies. Her degree led her to Japan where she was part of the Japanese Exchange Teaching Program (JET). In 2005 she moved home to Oahu and began a brief teaching career before pursuing Real Estate full time. The rest is history, Janna has been passionate about educating her real estate clients ever since, exceeding their expectations, going the extra mile for them and thinking outside of the box when things get stuck.
Giving back to the community has also been important to Janna. For the past 5 years she has made time to be the head swim coach at Kahuku HS. “Giving back to my community and to a program that gives so much to our youth is important to me”.
In her free time, Janna is an avid Surfer and lover of all ocean activities. “The North Shore is my perfect playground, and I am so very fortunate to live and work in this community”.
